I am fortunate to have found Fletcher Sewer & Drain, especially on a Friday. They were friendly, communicated well, and were quick to respond. Now my sewer drain is tree root-free! Needed my mainline inspected to determine backup. Spoke with David and he immediately assured me they would be out that afternoon. He called later to update me on time and my technician, Bernard called 30 minutes out. Awesome experience, learned a lot, very informative and viewed the camera going 57' to the street. Awesome experience. I called on a Sunday, hoping I could find someone to come fix my drain problem. After that, things went pretty fast. The plumber, Tony, called and was here in very short order. After he assessed the situation, he had it fixed. Very thankful for the fast friendly service!!

Called at 9:20 am for a sewerage leak in my basement at 10:30 am Bernard arrived by 11:15 am he had unclogged the pipe flush it out with clean water and ran a camera and identified the problem excellent price if needed again they definitely will get my business.

Highly recommend! We had a septic backup (so gross) the night before we were going to head out for vacation. Our regular septic company couldn’t come and said it sounded like a clog. We lucked out calling Fletcher - they were so professional and positive and were able to come out right away. The technician was amazing - so knowledgeable, efficient and prepared. He scoped and diagnosed the issue, cleared the clog, tested it, then made plan for clearing out the septic. Saved our vacation and my sanity. So grateful.

I have been using fletcher over a decade. I run a Mobil home park and everytime I run into trouble Dave does whatever he can to get his guys out to get our systems up and running. Today I had them come out and unclog a main before it went to the city, john and AJ did a great job hydrojetting all my lines restoring my parks system. Zach & the team at Fletcher bailed us out same day! We called Fletcher Sewer & Drain's Springfield number around 9am one morning this week, after having noticed a backup in some pipes upstairs. Zach called us back later that same day, and said he could make it in around 20 minutes! He arrived promptly, listened to myself and my wife as we explained the issue, and then asked us very wise questions to understand the house and its probable piping arrangement before he EVER got a tool out to inspect the problem. Zach worked diligently to identify and clear the blockage, and taught us more about the houses' piping, and what likely caused the issue in the first place. He left us with a cleared pipe, proven improved drainage flow from the areas in question, and two very happy homeowners who knew more after he left than they did when he arrived. Zach & Fletcher deserve praise, and I thank them for operating a business in such a manner. I will be returning should we ever need similar services again & recommending Fletcher Sewer & Drain whenever I can. I hope your management read this review Zach!

I had the hardest time finding a "Plumber". Then I saw a Fletcher commercial on TV that said they handle all Drain problems, so I called. They gave me and estimate over the phone, were there ON TIME, the next day... they assessed the problem, fixed it fast and the cost was lower than I expected. They're not "Plumbers" but I would definitely call them again for any sewer or drain issue.

Great experience with this company. Called and they responded back very quickly. Two plumbers sent out did a great job. Prior to calling Fletcher, another company l called wanted to charge me more just to make a house visit and give a quote. It didn’t even include the repair charge! I just wanted to take a minute to say how happy I was with Fletcher's service. I am a new homeowner so when I saw water coming up through an out of service basement toilet and sink after doing laundry I panicked. My father was familiar with Fletcher and their service so they were the first we thought to call after hours on a Tuesday. They were willing to come out that evening at 9pm but arrangements were made for someone to check it out first thing in the morning instead. Steve arrived exactly when he said he would. Turns out there were tree roots messing everything up. He took care of those, suggested a maintenance call to check on regrowth in 18 months and was on his way in a little over an hour. This company made my first issue as a homeowner as easy as possible and I can not recommend them enough. Thanks Again!

We had a sewer backup due to tree roots growing in our pipes. I called the company and within 1/2 hour got a call back with the time. They came same day and took care of the problem by cutting back the roots in the pipes. They also provided information on ongoing preventative maintenance both short term and long term. I was very happy with their responsiveness and professionalism. Also, they were definitely cheaper than Roto Rooter who we used 6 years ago for the same problem. We will be using this company again for continued maintenance of the issue!

These guys are awesome! Had an off-hours issue with my sewer line being clogged. Gave Fletcher a call on a Sunday night and they offered to come out immediately to fix the problem but I decided to go with Monday since we had a working bathroom downstairs. They gave me a time and Danie came out exactly the time that was given to me. I cannot emphasize how professional and friendly he was! He explained to me (with video) what was going on and within ½ hour he fixed the problem (and cleaned up thoroughly). I had the pleasure of having John come out and clean my main sewer drain pipe. You couldn't have asked for a more professional, nice, and helpful person. Unfortunately, I had a bigger problem. He not only showed me live video of the pipe damage, he gave me a usb with the video on it. Explained everything that's going on. She answered my questions, was able to assure me that the problem would be handled and let me know a service technician would call me back soon. And she was on point. I was called back shortly. Patrick was fantastic, professional, made me feel at ease about the situation. He was able to get here within an hour or so no less! Fixed the problem. Let me know of an additional problem that will need to be addressed within the year. And even as after hours pricing it was very reasonable. I will be sticking with them, they really impressed me.
