We called Fletcher Sewer & Drain's Springfield number around 9am one morning this week, after having noticed a... read more backup in some pipes upstairs. Zach called us back later that same day, and said he could make it in around 20 minutes! He arrived promptly, listened to myself and my wife as we explained the issue, and then asked us very wise questions to understand the house and its probable piping arrangement before he EVER got a tool out to inspect the problem. Zach worked diligently to identify and clear the blockage, and taught us more about the houses' piping, and what likely caused the issue in the first place. He left us with a cleared pipe, proven improved drainage flow from the areas in question, and two very happy homeowners who knew more after he left than they did when he arrived. Zach & Fletcher deserve praise, and I thank them for operating a business in such a manner.
